nichola phillis Following the completion of a Masters in Communication Studies in Auckland New Zealand, Nichola moved to Australia and joined ANOP Research in early 2001 to begin her career in market research.
Working across both quantitative and qualitative research projects and specialising in customer satisfaction research and community attitudes, Nicholas experience was largely with blue chip corporates, industry and government.
After four years at ANOP, Nichola joined Galileo Kaleidoscope as an Account Manager to develop her skills further in qualitative research, in particular with brand and communications development and within the fast moving consumer group category.
Now as a Research Consultant with Splash, Nichola uses both her quantitative and qualitative skills, and industry knowledge to help Splash’s clients understand how to attract, retain and maximise loyal female customers. |
