Jessica oversees the research and strategy team at Splash which is responsible for all internal and client strategic planning and market research. The team have recently released 11 industry reports in Australia and New Zealand and launched Shevesdrop, an innovative subscription-based qualitative research tool.

Jessica has extensive experience in designing and running complex, large-scale research and communications projects in more than 35 countries.

Her experience includes working as a Research and Communications Director for Crosby|Textor, providing research-based communications strategies to corporations and industry groups. Prior to that, she spent five years with Wirthlin Worldwide, an international strategic research and consulting firm, working in Singapore, Sydney and London for both private and public sector clients in the corporate, healthcare, public affairs and political arena.

Jessica has particular expertise in designing and implementing research programs and communications campaigns designed to change behaviour at both an issue and corporate/industry level. She has run numerous projects to support the development, implementation and refinement of both internal and external communications and branding strategies for individual market and global efforts.

She holds a Business (Honours) degree majoring in Management from Queensland University of Technology where she was also a Senior Research Assistant in the Australian Centre in Strategic Management. She specialised in Organisational Change and Organisational Structure and had a paper based on her thesis accepted at the Academy of Management 2000 Conference in Toronto.

Jessica is a Qualified Practising Market Researcher (QPMR), the accreditation for Australian researchers with a wide range and depth of expertise and a full member of the Australian Market & Social Research Society (AMSRS) and the Australian Institute of Management (AIM).
